Multisensory Loft

A 78-square-meter loft-style duplex, designed by architect Martín Mendoza, reveals itself as a space that prioritizes the multisensory experience. Every detail has been meticulously planned to integrate sophistication, technology, and comfort, creating an environment that stimulates the senses.

The collaboration of Diamantina & La Perla, De La Rocha Design, and Elór Gallery has been crucial in completing this project, where interior design is intertwined with architecture, smart lighting, and cutting-edge acoustic solutions.

A space where design awakens the senses

This project reflects how the integration of design, technology, and art transforms a loft into a space that goes beyond aesthetics to become an immersive experience.

With a compact surface area, the challenge was to make the most of every square meter without sacrificing comfort or fluidity. The double height allowed for the creation of a bright and open environment, while the technology applied in the smart lighting and customized acoustics generates atmospheres that change according to the time of day or activity.

The materials selected—warm woods, exposed concrete, and tactile textiles—provide a balance between the sensory and the functional. The furniture, curated in collaboration with Diamantina & La Perla, dialogues with the contemporary art proposed by Elór Gallery, giving the space a unique identity.

The result is a loft that is not only lived in, but experienced: a place where every design decision appeals to memory, the senses, and overall well-being.
