1. Discounts and Promotions

  • Discounts cannot be combined unless otherwise indicated in specific promotions.

  • Discounted items are not covered by warranty unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase.

  • Discounted items may belong to previous collections or have minor cosmetic defects, which will be disclosed to the customer prior to purchase.

  • When “product available in store” or “immediate delivery products” is indicated, discounts only apply to physical items available, not to the production of new units of the same model.

  • Discounts do not apply to product transportation or shipping. In other words, shipping is not discounted.

  • When an item has a manufacturing discount, 100% of the item must be paid for immediately.

2. Shipping Policies

2.1 Introduction

At Diamantina & La Perla, we ensure that you receive your products safely and in the best possible condition.
These policies are designed to protect both the customer and our delivery team, ensuring a smooth and transparent process.

2.2 Estimated Delivery Times

  • Aburrá Valley Metropolitan Area: 5 business days (products in stock).

  • Major cities in the country: 8 business days.

  • Other cities: up to 20 business days.
    Note: These times are estimates and may be affected by external factors.

2.3 Receipt of the Product

  • Personal receipt is recommended; if not possible, designate a trusted person of legal age.

  • Verify the quantity and condition of the products before signing the delivery note.

  • The signature indicates agreement with the delivery and satisfaction with the condition of the products.

  • Diamantina & La Perla is not responsible for damage or loss if delivery is authorized to the front desk or alternative locations.

2.4 Access and Safety Conditions

  • Verify that the size of doors, stairs, and elevators is adequate for the products.

  • If the dimensions are insufficient, staff are not authorized to attempt to bring the products inside.

  • If access conditions are not adequate, it is the customer’s responsibility to arrange additional services.

2.5 Furniture Handling and Installation Space

  • Diamantina & La Perla staff are not authorized to move, handle, or disassemble existing furniture.

  • The customer is responsible for repair costs if other furniture is damaged.

  • The installation space must be clear and ready for installation.

2.6 Delivery Schedule

  • The delivery schedule cannot be precise or guaranteed due to external factors.

  • Flexibility and understanding are requested in case of delays.

2.7 Shipping Costs

  • Vary depending on the location and size of the order.

  • An estimate is provided before completing the purchase.

  • In some cases, shipping costs may be free for purchases above a specific amount.

2.8 Delivery Delays

  • The customer will be notified as soon as possible in case of delays.

2.9 Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • Notify customer service immediately.

  • Do not accept damaged products; request the shipping company to return them.

  • The case will be assessed, and a new product will be sent or the purchase refunded.

2.10 International Shipments

  • Made through partnerships with logistics companies.

  • Customers must check rates and conditions before purchasing.

  • Costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination.

3. Warranty Policies

3.1 Introduction

  • High-quality products with an artisanal focus.

  • Each piece is unique with special characteristics.

  • These details are the hallmark of an artisanal product.

3.2 Coverage

  • Wooden furniture: 6 months (wood defects).

  • Paint and finishes: 6 months (peeling or defects).

  • Metal parts: 1 year (peeling or structural defects).

  • Leather products: 1 year (manufacturing defects).

  • Electrical components of lamps: 6 months (electrical defects).

3.3 Exclusions

  • Unauthorized repairs.

  • Misuse or exposure to adverse environmental conditions.

  • Natural wear and tear.

  • Natural variations in organic materials.

  • Damage caused by animals or natural disasters.

3.4 Claim Process

  • Gather the invoice or delivery note.

  • Contact customer service and describe the problem.

  • The product will be evaluated, and expenses will be covered if included in the warranty.

3.5 Limitations of Liability

  • Liability is limited to repair or replacement of the defective product.

  • Additional damages or costs due to limitations of access to the space are not covered.

  • Diamantina & La Perla ensures product quality but does not cover losses or damages not directly related to a manufacturing defect.

3.6 Material-Specific Policies

  • Leather: 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

    • Does not cover stains, tears, discoloration, or damage due to improper care.
