Rosella

Rosella is a restaurant born from the desire to transform a small space into a meaningful experience. With limited space, we made the most of every inch to create an atmosphere that reflects the essence of the Moabi desert. We used natural, authentic materials such as stainless steel, dark wood, natural glass, and granite, selected to provide a genuine feeling of connection with nature.

A desert oasis that evolves with the day

Natural materials—stainless steel, dark wood, glass, and granite—are combined with a choreography of natural and artificial light that highlights the height of the space and shapes versatile atmospheres, from breakfast in the sun to an intimate evening experience.

The interior design focused on highlighting the height of the space, turning the ceiling into a focal point with its coffered panels and decorative lighting. Natural light becomes an ally during the day, enhancing the experience of those enjoying breakfast under the warmth of the morning sun.

As the day progresses, artificial light takes over, adapting the environment to a more intimate and enveloping atmosphere. Every element at Rosella is designed to be striking and functional. From the woven bench to the decorative lamps, each piece was designed to interact not only with the interior space of the restaurant, but also with the hotel lobby, creating a visual dialogue that invites both guests and visitors to enjoy its offerings.

Our goal was to create a versatile space that adapts to different times of the day, providing an environment that evolves with the needs of those who visit it.
