Transforming with Livin Real Estate

The renovation of this apartment focused on the social area, where we selected pieces from our new collection that add character and functionality. The curved sofa, which invites interaction and gathering, becomes the focal point of the space, while the coffee tables with hand-carved bases add a distinctive touch that highlights Colombian craftsmanship.

In addition, we incorporated decorative clay elements from La Chamba, Tolima, which bring a sense of authenticity and connection to our roots. Every detail, from the selection of materials to the arrangement of the pieces, was designed to complement the apartment's architecture and provide an environment where residents could feel connected to their surroundings.

The collaboration with Livin Inmobiliaria was key to understanding the importance of creating a space that is not only visually and aesthetically appealing, but also adapts to the needs and preferences of its inhabitants.

This project is an example of how at Diamantina & La Perla we seek to go beyond aesthetics, creating environments that capture the essence of each space and enrich the experience of living in them.
