El Vergel is a project born from the idea of creating a spacious and serene space where tradition blends with a contemporary approach. In this apartment, we sought to integrate minimalist touches that enhance the simplicity of form and the imperfect beauty of wabi-sabi. In reorganizing the original design, we prioritized optimizing the spaces, making the most of the existing structure and applying bioclimatic principles to maximize natural light.

Serene minimalism that embraces tradition

We rearranged the layout to optimize each area and enhance natural light using bioclimatic criteria. The combination of warm wood, glass, and black metal balances the traditional with the contemporary, creating a space that evolves in continuous dialogue with its surroundings.

When selecting materials, we opted for the warm presence of wood in various finishes, adding character to both the furniture and decorative elements. This material is complemented by glass and black metal details, which add a subtle visual contrast, creating a balance between the traditional and the contemporary.

Every detail at El Vergel was carefully thought out to offer a living experience that connects with the essence of the space. The incorporation of elements that respect the structure, while also dialoguing with the nature of the environment, allows for a sense of continuity between the interior and exterior.
